As i am on dialysis it can be difficult to arrange appointments around my sessions. The receptionist was so nice and helpful today in arranging two appointments and ideal times for me. I also had a medical problem that I needed help with and once again the receptionist was helpful and speedy so i could start some medication. As always wonderful service from the village surgery.
